How to Continue Healing Group Process

Service Description

These group process sessions are a way to build community and discuss what's working and what's not working. We will be able to do group meditation and mantras. We will share and be inspired. These groups are to follow individual sessions as a way to stay connected and continue the healing process together. These groups include thought journals and pens.
