Water: The fluids of all known living organisms

Updated: Sep 25

Our bodies are made up of at least 60% water and it is essential to sustaining life on earth and beyond. There are a number of ways we can use water in its many forms, but the one form that we are focusing on is "the bubble bath". Many behavioral scientists have found that using water as a form of grounding has worked with many of their clients in their mindfulness and meditation teachings. For instance, if you are experiencing anxiety, try running cool water over your hands for a minute or two and breathe and watch how your symptoms may reduce. Also, the sounds of water during meditation are known to be soothing.

Now we would like to go beyond that.

There are so many healing qualities that bubble baths have to offer. They are healing, relaxing, soothing for aches and pains, increase better sleep, cleansing, detoxifying, nourishing, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and burns calories. Besides, what better way to end a long and stressful day other than with a luxurious bubble bath? Not only does it feel good to submerge in hot water and enjoy the fragrance of essential oils, herbs, and rose petals...it also feels good to learn how to use water as a conduit for healing.

A hot bubble bath has been known to be a love language, increase serotonin, calms nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves overall mood. It is said that baths mimic the environment of comfort in the womb and stimulates feelings of security which allows both your mind and body to relax. It is also said that bathing in bubbles improves heart health and helps to oxygenate your blood allowing you to breathe slower and deeper.

Be apart of the movement...come learn about how to use water, your bubble baths, and your daily showers as conduits for healing. We host webinars and clubhouse chats on how to use water as a way to heal and give homage. We make all natural handmade bubble baths and other products.

Come recharge, restore, heal, and have an educational and luxurious experience with us at The Bubble Bath Bar.
